Employment & Training Services for SNAP Participants
At Laine Federal, we are proud to partner with state and local agencies to deliver SNAP Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) services that help individuals build the skills, experience, and confidence they need to achieve long-term employment and self-sufficiency. Through funding and guidance supported by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and aligned with WIOA workforce development standards, our programs provide participants with a clear pathway from training to employment.

Career Assessment & Individualized Employment Plans (IEPs)

Skills Development & Occupational Training
Participants access industry-recognized training programs and short-term certification courses in high-demand career fields.
Work-Based Learning (WBL) & Internships
We offer paid, hands-on work experience opportunities with local employers to build real-world skills and support successful job placement.
Supportive Services
We remove barriers to participation by providing assistance with transportation, child care, uniforms, tools, and exam fees, ensuring every participant can fully engage in training.
